Nivista's clients choose their own engagement model that best fits their requirements amidst new technological and implementation paradigms in the industry.
Clients seeking a low risk model with a guaranteed delivery date as well as a fixed pricing for services sought find this model ideal. This model is followed in the scenarios where the scope, outcome statements and specifications for the business problem are clearly defined. Deliverables, delivery timelines and costs are precisely documented and approved by client. Strong project management coupled with regular client feedback ensures the success of this model.
Time & Material
Clients having evolving requirements would find this model pretty much in line with their budgetary goals. In this model, based on the requirements, delivery teams with requisite skill sets are formed under the charge of able project managers / account managers. Flexibility is built in to change the team composition at any given point of time as per the variations in the project. Clients are billed only for the applied resources and at pre-defined mutually agreed milestones. Well defined collaboration processes ensure that the interaction between the delivery teams and the Client resources happens seamlessly and set project objectives are met as envisioned.
An engagement model comprising of both - Fixed Cost and Time & Material model can also be put in place depending upon Client needs. In such an engagement, some modules of a project would come under Fixed Cost model whereas others would come under the Time & Material model.
Clients seeking to engage Nivista's services on an on-going basis find this model quite suitable to them. Teams are built exclusively for Clients, with the Clients playing a bigger role in the selection of technical resources. Effectively such resources work as an extension of the Clients teams. Clients are billed on a periodic basis for each resource attached to those teams.
Nivista can undertake software development and maintenance projects for Clients, sharing the development costs in return for sharing revenue streams and / or sharing Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). The inherent risks involved in the development and marketing such products / services are shared between the Client and Nivista.
